How do I preview TakeOff without personal data?

Choose Try Demo from onboarding. Demo mode uses temporary sample data and can be exited at any time. Demo data is not saved into your real TakeOff database.

How do I restore TakeOff Pro?

Open Settings, choose Restore purchases, and make sure you are signed in with the Apple ID used for the original purchase.

How does iCloud sync work?

Open Settings, then Sync & Data. Main iCloud sync and vault iCloud sync are separate choices. If enabled, sync uses Apple's CloudKit infrastructure for your Apple ID.

How do I import visited countries?

During onboarding or from Settings, TakeOff can scan geotagged Photos and Apple Health workout routes after you grant permission. You can review and deselect countries before saving them.

How does the Vault work?

The Vault stores travel document records and encrypted document image data on device. Vault sync is optional and uses iCloud when enabled.

How do I delete my data?

Deleting the app removes local data. If iCloud sync was enabled, delete TakeOff's iCloud data from iOS or iCloud storage settings.

Is there an Android version?

TakeOff is currently built for iPhone and iPad. Android is not planned for this launch.
